½ Day Course Level 1 Fire Marshal course which is £50.00+VAT per person. At the end of this course an individual would be qualified to complete a Waking Watch, complete basic fire checks, and other entry level fire safety procedures. This is an accredited course Level 1. Ensuring your team have the perfect introduction to fire safety awareness.
There’s both a legal and moral duty to ensure workplaces are fire safe and that employees are aware of their responsibilities around fire safety. The Level 1 Award in the Principles of Fire Safety Awareness (RQF) is the ideal introduction to the subject, and can support learners in any workplace, particularly new starters, where a basic understanding of fire safety is required.
Through this qualification, learners will understand that fire safety is the responsibility of every individual in the workplace.

Level 2 Instil the principles of fire safety in your team. With pre course reading.
All workplaces have a legal obligation to ensure their environment is safe when it comes to fire risks. Ultimately that comes down to ensuring your team have the required knowledge and understanding around fire safety.
The Level 2 Award in the Principles of Fire Safety (RQF) is aimed at anyone involved in the management of fire safety and is based in an area where fire is a risk.
Learners gaining this qualification will understand that fire safety is the responsibility of everyone, and will recognise the causes of fire, common hazards and fire risk assessments. It can support those already in a workplace role or learners preparing for employment.

First Aid 12 people per course
One Day Course – £75.00+VAT pp – Emergency first aid at work course. This course is fully accredited. This qualification meets the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) requirements for training first aiders in those organisations that have identified that staff need to be trained to this level within their first-aid needs assessment. It will also ensure your first-aiders are approved to deliver first aid for 3 years, after which they will need to retake the course.
* Full level 3, Three Day Course – £1,000.00+VAT (up to 12 people, delivered at your place of work) – This is the most thorough and rigorous course we currently offer in First Aid. It covers in depth the most common first aid situations as well as a number of other less common problems. It is ideal for those more likely to encounter medical situations (anyone who interacts with a large number of people regularly). Unlike the other course listed here, this course is not priced per person, rather the whole course has a single price and can be offered to up to 12 people per course. Delivered 1 day online and 2 days face to face. This course is fully accredited. The qualification is aimed at learners who wish to become first-aiders in the workplace. This qualification meets the requirements for training first-aiders in those organisations that have identified that staff need to be trained to this level within their first-aid needs assessment.

Conflict Resolution Level 2

Not all customer facing roles are the same, and sometimes dealing with the public can have its challenges, particularly when handling issues and complaints.
Conflict Management (RQF) has been designed to provide conflict management skills to anyone working in a customer facing role, deals with service users or the public in general.
It is applicable to a wide range of sectors, and can be taken by anyone requiring a better understanding of how to prevent conflict from arising, or would like to feel more confident in being able to deal with challenging situations.

The Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (RQF) is based on our long experience of working with educators in the vocational sector. It has been designed to prepare trainee teachers to teach in a wide range of contexts, and is ideal for those who want practical options when it comes to choosing their next step.
It’s a flexible qualification that’s idea for individuals who:
* Want a qualification focused on practical teaching
* Want a choice of optional units that reflects the context in which they teach
* Are currently teaching and want to have their practice and experience accredited
* Are not currently teaching but can meet the minimum teaching practice requirement of 30 hours
* Are able to undertake a qualification of medium size
* Have the potential to study at this level which equates to the first year of an undergraduate degree

Speaking, listening and communication
This component is internally assessed and quality assured by the centre and externally moderated by Highfield.
Learners must complete 2 assessed tasks:
* a presentation and Q&A
* a group discussion
* Tutors/assessors record observational evidence of the assessment
Reading
Learners must complete 1 written examination that is set, marked and moderated by Highfield.
Writing
Learners must complete 1 written examination that is set, marked and moderated by Highfield. The reading and writing examinations will be available on demand in either on screen or paper-based formats.
Level 1 and Level 2 Math
This qualification consists of 2 mandatory components. Learners must complete both the Non-Calculator and Calculator written examinations that are set, marked and moderated by Highfield. The assessments will test a learner’s representing, analysing and interpreting skills using numbers, geometry and statistics in realistic contexts.
